F5 Foundation is awarding 10 unrestricted grants of $50,000 each to nonprofits expanding STEM and AI education access for underserved communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Deadline June 14, 2026.

F5 Foundation has officially opened applications for its 2026 STEM & AI Education Grant Program. Unlike previous cycles, the 2026 track makes AI education mandatory β every applicant must demonstrate how AI concepts, literacy, or competencies are integrated into their existing programmes.
Whatβs on offer:
- 10 unrestricted grants of $50,000 each
- One-time funding β no strings attached on how itβs spent
- Selected by a global committee of F5 employees
Who can apply:
- Registered nonprofits in Africa, Asia, or Latin America
- Must have operated for at least 3 years
- Primary beneficiaries must be individuals living in poverty (>50% of participants)
- AI integration is a mandatory programme component
What they prioritise:
- AI literacy education and use of AI tools
- Quantitative evidence of programme effectiveness
- Strong measurable impact on STEM access
For nonprofits outside the US: An Enhanced Expenditure Responsibility (EER) review is required, handled through F5βs partner CAF America.
